We are committed to care
At Falck, we know our people are our greatest assets and we are proud of our diverse teams. Everyone joins the business bringing with them their own skills and experiences but the mutual interest that binds us is the passion we have towards our patients and the desire to provide them with the highest level of service whilst in our care.
If this sounds like somewhere you would like to work, why not join our growing business, and share your skills with us? We offer ongoing training and career development, and opportunities for progression. Find out more about it here
Together we create more value
When you join our Non-Emergency Patient Transport team, you’ll be trained to the minimum operational standard of an Ambulance Care Assistant (ACA) with a full Falck specific ‘on boarding’ program and will be fully trained in first aid, manual handling, care, policies and procedures. We nurture and develop our staff to the Intermediate Care Technician level, and have the capability to support staff all the way from ACA level to our other front lines roles as well as roles within our support services.
