Location: Between our Wembley and Harrow bases, with occasional travel required to our other sites

About the Role
We are recruiting for a Training & Assessing Officer who is committed to the long term development of our teams across the organisation, from Ambulance Care Assistants to Administration roles within the London area.
Your role will consist of reviewing, improving and delivering a range of training and development events, which covers both clinical and non-clinical operations. In addition to this, you will be involved in supporting the pre-employment process, for a range of accredited and non-accredited qualifications.
You will be working with a talented team of Training & Development Assessors, who are supported by a Training Coordinator and Administrator, and led by the Head of Learning & Development. The team are passionate about making a positive impact to the career development of our employees, and are consistently looking to identify areas of improvement, to increase the provision of learning objectives.
To be shortlisted for this role you must be able to evidence:
- Working within the non-emergency care ambulance sector
- Delivering and assessing First Aid at Work training
- Developing training programmes
- Passion to making a positive impact on career development
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Level 3 Award in Education & Teaching, or equivalent to evidence a range of teaching and assessing experience
In addition to the above, due to the nature of this role, the successful applicant would need to possess a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
