We are very excited to be able to announce our new partnership with Quinyx

Falck UK Ambulance will be using Quinyx AI advanced solutions for all of our scheduling and workforce management processes to assist us in providing the very best experience for patients.

Quinyx will be launced in early 2022 to help us manage our 600 colleagues in the UK bringing efficiencies in the scheduling and workforce management processes by helping reduce third-party operator costs, providing enhanced features for their colleagues and improving compliance, business contingency and long-term resource planning.

Melissa Hall, Logistics Director at Falck, said, "Quinyx advanced scheduling and workforce management system will enable us to operate more efficiently and therefore help us to provide an even better experience for patients.  Colleague engagement and communication will also be enhanced by Quinyx improving the support we provide our colleagues and allowing them more time to focus on caring for every patient’s needs."
